Nice, clean hotel with good facilities just outside the busy centre of Rome. Hotel is well maintained and has good transport connections with the tram stop right outside. The roof top bar is a lovely way to relax after a busy day in Rome. Have stayed before and will stay again.
The availability of public transport right outside the hotel with excellent links to the city centre. Also, not far from the main restaurant areas in the Trastevere. A brilliant hotel if want to see the sights of Rome and eat well!
Very friendly staff, very helpful in many ways. Special thanks deserve Mana, Miss Casanova, Georgio and Sylvia and of course barman Marco with whom we had pleasant discussions and who makes delicious Spritzers. We stayed for five days and felt at home in this hotel right from the start. Our room was very clean and spaceous. Free internet throughout the hotel. You can safely park your car at the parking place in front of the hotel. Many good and well-priced restaurants are at walking distance. Trastevere is a very lively and pleasant part of Rome. Breakfast was great, the only thing missing was whole grain bread. There is a busstop in front of the hotel (a tram stops every 10 minutes) to the city center (10 minutes).
Spa facilities are far too expensive.
Tramway line next to the hotel is very convenient. Beds are really good. Breakfast was large enough. Wifi access everywhere in the hotel. PC and printer in the lobby were useful to print out museums reservations.
Modern hotel located on a big street, so this destination is somehow charmless. But we appreciated to be 15min walk from Trastevere restaurants.
Excellent location, close to everywhere, staff really friendly and helpful. For breakfast we did not have a lot of choice, but food was tasty.Highly reccommended.
The breakfasts were second to none, I would say the best continental selection I have expirenced in Europe. Everything was fresh and appetising and there was even bacon and scrabbled eggs available! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, sheets turned down each evening. Reception staff charming and helpful.
Location was just a bit further out of Rome than I expected. It was about a 45 minute walk to the historic centre, although there were trams and bus service outside hotel.
We found the staff to be very approachable and friendly. The room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and very good value for Rome. There was a pillow menu which I appreciated with my temperamental neck. Great sunset views from the rooftop bar were enjoyed whilst we snacked on our complimentary drinks and nibbles on arrival. Loved the free, fast wifi - a rarity we've found on our travels through Italy as establishments can charge for it. When I injured my knee sightseeing, staff brought me an icepack and thoughtfully enquired about its recovery. The massage therapist in the spa area was lovely and provided us both with wonderful therapeutic massages. Whilst the hotel's location is just that little bit out of the central tourist precinct, access to public transport is brilliant. There are frequent trams and buses just outside the hotel's entrance, although we were happy to walk - about a 20 minute walk. Rome's huge Sunday flea market is across the road from the hotel.
A little more lighting in our hotel room would have been appreciated. The shower cabin was a little tight for space due to a fixed shower seat.
We loved the hotel. What a amazing a welcoming staff.... so helpful, warm and friendly. They made us feel right a home. The location of the hotel was perfect for us because it was very close to everything but not right in the middle of the tourist section. We felt like we were in a neighorhood instead of part of the tourist crowd. The tram and busses were cinvienient and easy to use but we ended up walking alot, too. There was a lot going on in the area around the hotel that was not stricly touristy and that was great. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!
The only possible negative we could find was the choice of music at breakfast. Otherws everything was just what we were looking for.
No or poor bar facilities
I enjoyed the spa, It had an amazing masseuse that really enjoyed her job. It was one of the best massages I ever had.
Other than the street being at a dead end, there was no issue.
Service and spa. At the hotel they have offer of spa treatment which is more interesting than their actual rate. Always tell them what you like or prefer, that wuld help you to enjoy more of the spa treatment. The private spa is almost perfect. I would really recommend this hotel for romantic trip for couple who wishes to be pampered and having relaxing time.
Location good, very nice staff, parking, great for the Roma Market right out front door!
The hotel is located in Trastevere, which is a very nice area to stay in. Away from large tourist crowds, Trastevere has the nicest restaurants of Rome, quint piazza's, a beautiful church and some little shops all on walking distance. The hotel was very easy to find by car (+/-30 mins from the airport) and there is (free) parking space in front of the hotel. There is a tram stop close to the hotel as well, so should be easy for travellers using public transportation. We've only stayed in the hotel for 1 night and the hotel fitted the purpose well. Good value for money, the room was spacious, clean and the AC was working. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We've had a very pleasant and comfortable stay!
Friendly staff, allways helpful. The rooms are clean. The hotel have all the facilities we need, like fitness room etc. We are coming back
Cramped bathroom, terrible shower
